Return Policy

All full-price items, excluding dress-section items and gowns, can be returned for either a refund to your original purchase method or store credit for up to 20 days from the original purchase date. Returns will be issued to the original card used at purchase or in the form of Mumnbump store credit, minus return shipping, discounts, and taxes. Returns on dresses and gowns will be issued in the form of an electronic store credit, minus return shipping. All dresses and gowns are made in the USA to perfectly suit each mamas needs! Swimwear is eligible for return or exchange if the item is returned in unworn condition with sanitary liner attached. Swimwear is ineligible for return if liner is removed. All tags must be attached and all packing slips and/or order information needs to be included so we can process your return properly.

Returns must be in the original condition with no defects, stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, smells or signs that the item has been worn, washed or used. Processing will evaluate returns upon the arrival at our shop. Prior to shipping, all orders pass through a three-step quality check. Please take special care when opening your Mumnbump package. Items torn or cut when opening your shipments are ineligible for return.

*Returns on altered gowns will be at the discretion of Mumnbump. We do not guarantee returns on custom or altered items.

No returns on sale items, daily deals, social promo codes, and other discounted clearance items. Store credit will be issued for sale items (when a coupon code is used), daily deals, social promo codes, and other discounted clearance items.

In order to expedite the return process, exchanges are only available when sizing up or down on your original purchase. Color changes are ineligible and will be issued store credit. Gowns are ineligible for exchange. Gowns are eligible for additional alterations or store credit if they meet MUMNBUMP return criteria. An exchange will be processed once item(s) are received in our warehouse in new condition with all original tags and packing slips. Exchanges must meet all return criteria. Exchanges require standard processing time which begins once original items are received in our warehouse.

All Mumnbump Bridal attire is made to order and is final sale. Mumnbump Bridal attire is NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Please note: If items returned do not meet MUMNBUMP standards we will hold the item(s) and contact the customer once via email. Mumnbump is not responsible for any return shipping fees for items not meeting our return standards.
