Girls! No seriously, the Mumnbump brand is owned and operated, as well as contracts with the best women from around the country. The owner, Tooba Khan, is a busy mama of one girl born in 2016. When creating the brand she decided to work exclusively with mom-run businesses. Kick-ass women of the world unite behind the scenes at Mumnbump everyday to make our cute maternity clothes. This means you receive the absolute best service and products from mamas who know their stuff. We don’t sell anything that isn’t quadruple mother approved. Kids, bumps and pregnant ladies come first in our world and that’s a 24/7 thing.

Free sizing and styling is available on all orders. Just reach out via chat, email or text! We women know that styles are not one-style-fits-all and neither is how you carry your baby or how you want your clothing to fit. You’ll find that most of our items run true to size and if an item runs differently we will provide a note in the description. We do our best to respond quickly and you’ll always be speaking with a woman.

As you see, we’ve done away with traditional sizing. At Mumnbump, you’re no longer an extra-small or an extra-large, you’re pregnant! You are the perfect size for growing your new addition.

We have hundreds of gown and dress options in the maternity gown section of our site, we are happy to help you find the perfect gown for any special occasion. All of our gowns come with free alterations. If you have a gown/dress related question, please include as much information as possible with your question. This includes style of dress, color and the date the dress will first be worn.

We do our best to be fast as lightning, but here is a little more information based on what you’ve ordered. Orders generally process within 1-4 business days, excluding Sunday. Standard shipping takes 3-6 days, Expedited and Priority Shipping is available at an additional fee. Gowns ship based on the date you provide in your measurements follow-up email. If you have further questions about shipments, please send us a quick email.

You can, but only if we haven’t processed or shipped your order and the change is of the same value. Please email orders@mumnbump.com and include your order number in the subject. Our goal is to keep our mamas happy!

Of course! As long as we have an alternative size, we are happy to process an exchange. Please follow the instructions on the back of the Mumnbump card you received along with your purchase. Once we receive your return, we will ship out another size of the same item to you. Please fill out the exchange form https://mumnbump.com/returns/ to begin the exchange process: Items sell out quickly, so please understand that exchanges are not always possible, but we’ll do the best we can to accommodate every request.

Your return will be processed within 5 business days after receiving your package. After we process your return, you will receive an email with your store credit attached. Simply use the code provided at checkout on future orders, and your credit amount will be deducted from the final total. Easy peasy!
